Key Policy Terms and Conditions
Policy exclusions

Unfortunately there are certain categories of individual and vehicle for whom we are unable to provide cover. These are:

A learner driver:

  • Who has any fault motor accident claims against them, excluding windscreen claims
  • Whose main income is derived from professional sports or the music industry
  • That has any motor or non-motor convictions, or any motor and non-motor convictions pending, including fixed penalty notices. You may disregard any spent convictions
  • Who does not hold a current UK provisional driving licence
  • Who hasn’t been a UK resident for a minimum of 2 years
  • Resident in excluded postcodes

  • In insurance group 30 (1-50 grouping ) or above
  • With a new or current value in excess of £20,000
  • That are left hand drive
  • That have been modified and not built to UK specifications
  • That have more than 7 seats
  • Which are not separately insured on a motor policy by the registered keeper
  • Registered at excluded postcodes

A person supervising the driver:

  • Who is under 25 years of age
  • Who does not hold a current full UK/EU/EEA driving licence
  • Who has not held a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for more than 3 years
  • Who hasn’t been a UK resident for a minimum of 2 years

I have no knowledge of any fault accidents or claims (a fault accident or claim is one which would have resulted in an insurer making a payment and/or loss of no claims bonus) I am liable for,
I have no motor convictions or motor convictions pending and
the registered owner / keeper of the vehicle has a current motor insurance policy in place.
